How you will contribute:


  • Prepares and processes requisitions and purchase orders for the procurement of goods, services, and supplies
  • Reviews supplier purchase order confirmations for accuracy, and product selection, and mitigate any discrepancies in a timely matter
  • Prepare requests for quotations to meet technical specifications and competitive pricing necessary for decisionmaking
  • Monitors the timeliness of materials and goods supplied; followup on the status of purchase orders with vendors to ensure timely delivery; expedites material as needed and communicates status of orders with internal customers
  • Utilize business intelligence dashboards and reports to prioritize and drive down key department metrics
  • Publish reports and metrics as required for the Supply Chain department
  • Identify and execute opportunities for cost reduction, quality improvements, and process efficiencies
  • Process invoice discrepancies through workflow and document product returns and credits in a timely manner

What you need to qualify:


  • Associate's degree in a related field/program
  • One year of prior relevant experience is preferred
  • Microsoft Office (especially Excel) proficiency
  • Ability to thrive in a fastpaced, deadlinedriven work environment
  • Commitment to providing exceptional customer service
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to execute tasks with a great amount of detail
