Construction Accounting Assistant

You will work closely with our Construction Accountant in the following areas:

Invoicing: scan and enter invoices into the system
Draw Requests: organize invoices for draw requests
Record entries as needed
Onboard new entities and enter budgets

You will also work with property accounting team as needed on projects and other assigned tasks

Minimum Requirements:

Outstanding data entry skills
Basic understanding of accounting and financial analytics is helpful, but not required
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Excel
Extremely organized, strong multitasking and proven time management skills
Experience with Construction, Property Management, or Real Estate is a plus

Pay:
$ $23.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

Benefits:
