Pharmacy Operational Hours:
M-F 8 am to 5 pm
How You'll Make an Impact:
As a PRN Pharmacist on the Specialty Pharmacy team at Omnicell, you'll contribute to a community's well-being, act as a trusted advisor to patients, and ensure pharmacy operations are efficient, effective, and continually improving while being a part of a global organization dedicated to innovation in medication management.
Build effective relationships to ensure accurate and safe dispensing of medication to patients.
Embrace a deep understanding of pharmacy operations and a drive for continual improvement, learning, and leading to provide the best possible patient care and empower the pharmacy team's development.
Stay informed of regulations, retail pharmacy best practices, and knowledge of specialty diseases such as Autoimmune, Oncology, Hepatitis C, HIV, and more.
What You'll Bring:
Basic Qualifications:
Pharm.
D. or BS Pharmacy degree from an accredited college of pharmacy.
Successful completion of state pharmacy board examination
Pharmacist license current and in good standing in California.
A growth mindset and maintain any continuing education requirements.
Working experience/knowledge in the practice of pharmacy
Preferred Qualifications:
3 years' experience in the practice of pharmacy
340B experience
Retail Pharmacy experience preferred.
Experience working with underserved patient communities.
Work Environment and Physical Demands:
Must be able to commute and work at this Hill Country Rx Pharmacy site daily.
This position is moderately active and requires standing, walking, and other movement for the duration of the shift and lifting up to 25 pounds.
Ability to see distinctions in colors and shapes.

Compensation will vary based on region. For the state of CA only, expected hourly range is $41.50 to $66 ranges.
(Actual compensation is subject to variation due to such factors as locations, education, experience, and skillset.)
