This is an exciting opportunity to join our team at our new Polestar Austin space opening on Burnet Rd. This dedicated showroom will allow you to demonstrate the latest Polestar Cars, the Polestar 2 electric fastback, Polestar 3 SUV and upcoming Polestar 4 SUV.
Polestar Product Specialists assist prospective customers by demonstrating vehicle technology and features, plus offering Polestar test drives.

We are looking for an energetic, customer service-oriented person with the skills to guide customers through the beginning to their journey looking at Polestar Cars through the ordering and delivery process.

Polestar Product Specialist duties include:

• Welcome customer and learn more about desired vehicle
• Enter new customers into client management software
• Educates customer on current vehicle options and specifications
• Demonstrate vehicle features and technology
• Educate customer on the benefits of electric vehicles
• Answers questions about the vehicle, technology, and features
• Conducts test drives
• Performs refresher visits with customers who require additional assistance after purchase
• Works closely with sales managers to ensure customers receive followup
• Ensures inventory is presentable (clean, charged, parked in staging areas)
• Maintains an organized, clean, and safe work area
• Takes required training courses, as needed
• Valid TX Driver's License
• Clean driving record
• Good facetoface customer service skills

Standing for extended periods and working outdoors are necessary at times for this position. Auto Dealership experience in sales or sales call centers, are a plus. Hourly rate plus additional spiffs.
