Account Executive - Security Solutions Sales
Ready to be the face of cutting-edge security technology sales? Join us at Pavion, where we don't just sell - we solve. We're looking for a driven, people-savvy Account Executive to help us outsmart the competition, expand our regional footprint, deepen client relationships, and close big deals with confidence.
What You'll Be Doing:
Own your territory- Build and execute a winning game plan that includes gathering intelligence on prospects, developing new business, and strategically closing deals that matter.
Take market share- Target high-value opportunities and win over major customers from competitors with bold strategies and relentless follow-through.
Be the go-to partner- Become your customers' trusted advisor by truly understanding their challenges and delivering smart, scalable security solutions.
Know the tech, tell the story- Partner with your pre and post sales teams to review bid docs, technical drawings, and specs. Break them down, translate them, and collaborate internally for effective customer conversations.
Stay organized, stay sharp- Own your pipeline. Keep our CRM up to date with accurate revenue forecasts, close dates, and sales stage tracking.
Work cross-functionally like a pro- Collaborate with engineering, project management, and our service team to make sure your customers get the white-glove treatment from pitch to post-install.
