    Overview:

    Empire Your Credit is seeking a Sales Lead to join there dynamic team. As a Sales Lead, you will be responsible for leading the sales staff, increasing sales, providing exceptional service and support. This is a great opportunity for an individual who enjoy helping others and have excellent leadership skills.

    Responsibilities:

    · Building customer relationships

    · Recruiting and training new sales staff, assigning specific tasks to other sales staff, and monitoring the team's performance.

    · Solving customer complaints and answering customers' questions.

    · Writing reports for managers.

    · Providing sales staff with constructive feedback and assisting staff to solve customers' problems.

    · Maintaining inventory, filling out paperwork, and possibly tasking sales workers with the buying of more supplies.

    · Motivating the sales staff and creating an atmosphere of healthy competition among the staff.

    · Assisting customers determine financial risk

    · Research skills

    · Strong problem-solving, mathematical and analytical skills

    · Ability to maintain confidentiality

    · Proficiency with computers and computer software, like programs that aid in statistical and financial calculations

    · Proficiency with financial reports and statements

    · Conduct outbound calls to follow up on customer inquiries or provide additional information

    Requirements:

    · Minimum 2 years of customer service experience

    · High School Diploma or equivalent

    · Fluent in English; multilingual or bilingual skills (Spanish) are a plus

    · Strong communication skills for interactions with customers and sales staff

    · Good time management and organizational skills

    · Strategic planning

    · Leadership skills

    · Familiarity with effective sales strategies

    · Inspirational attitude and ability to create a motivating environment

    · Ability to train others effectively

    · Product knowledge

    · Customer service skills, including how to handle upset customers

    · Excellent phone etiquette and strong verbal communication skills

    · Proficient in data entry and computer navigation

    · Previous experience in customer service or sales is preferred

    Job Type: Full-time

    Pay: $18/hr (Commission structure)

    Shift: Day shift

    Weekly day range: Monday – Friday (Required two Saturdays per month)

    Work setting: Onsite

    Work Location: Houston, TX 77060
