We are a life and learning community based on anthroposophy in Bliestorf (District of Herzogtum-Lauenburg / Schleswig-Holstein) near Lübeck.

As a facility for child and youth welfare, we provide full-time care for 71 girls and boys aged 6-21 in eight residential groups and two youth residential groups.

The young people mostly attend the special needs school at Haus Arild; the teenagers also participate in a vocational preparation program.

A supportive therapeutic and experiential educational program is an important part of our work. Haus Arild also operates a kindergarten and a organic village shop, among other things.
