Looking to hire a Transport Engineer to work on hybrid mode in Dallas, TX.No C2C or third-party candidates

What will you be doing as a Transport Engineer:
You will be responsible for providing technical guidance project management and execution for national transport network projects
These projects focus on:
TDM Provisioning
Management of EBH circuit bandwidth
Development and execution of technical plans to groom and remove legacy TDM circuits.
What do you bring to the table as a Transport Engineer:
Associate degree or two or more years of work experience.
Five or more years of relevant work experience.
TDM provisioning experience
SONET network architecture experience
Experience designing maintaining and documenting network diagrams and layouts.
Understanding of various wireless network technologies including switching RF transport and data
Familiar with the EBH reporting and SevOne tools.
Experience managing capacity on TDM and EBH networks.
Demonstrated expert knowledge and proven experience with the full suite of Microsoft Office including Microsoft Project amp Visio.
Ability to work with minimal supervision and make sound technical judgments in a demanding environment.
Understanding of operational concepts of various business groups including Engineering Operations HQ and Vendors
Ability to work on cross-functional teams taking into consideration the goal of the various internal customers.
Experience managing 3rd party vendor relationships and/or resources.
Demonstrated ability to work with others without conflict and achieve goals.
Demonstrated excellent problem solving and negotiation skills.
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Knowledge of the following:
TDM Network Architecture
EBH Network Architecture
Interconnection agreements
Ethernet backhaul design.
Fiber testing and troubleshooting experience.
Granite database experience.
Capacity and forecasting experience in transport networks
