- Associate degree or two or more years of work experience.
- Five or more years of relevant work experience.
- TDM provisioning experience
- SONET network architecture experience
- Experience designing maintaining and documenting network diagrams and layouts.
- Understanding of various wireless network technologies including switching RF transport and data
- Familiar with the EBH reporting and SevOne tools.
- Experience managing capacity on TDM and EBH networks.
- Demonstrated expert knowledge and proven experience with the full suite of Microsoft Office including Microsoft Project amp Visio.
- Ability to work with minimal supervision and make sound technical judgments in a demanding environment.
- Understanding of operational concepts of various business groups including Engineering Operations HQ and Vendors
- Ability to work on cross-functional teams taking into consideration the goal of the various internal customers.
- Experience managing 3rd party vendor relationships and/or resources.
- Demonstrated ability to work with others without conflict and achieve goals.
- Demonstrated excellent problem solving and negotiation skills.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Knowledge of the following:
- TDM Network Architecture
- EBH Network Architecture
- Interconnection agreements
- Ethernet backhaul design.
- Fiber testing and troubleshooting experience.
- Granite database experience.
- Capacity and forecasting experience in transport networks

You will be responsible for providing technical guidance project management and execution for national transport network projects. These projects focus on:
TDM Provisioning
Management of EBH circuit bandwidth
Development and execution of technical plans to groom and remove legacy TDM circuits.
