    Contract Duration: 12 months


    Job Description:
    We are seeking a Senior Program Manager with a strong background in IT project management.

    The ideal candidate will be a bilingual professional (Japanese and English) with experience leading global projects, coordinating with headquarters and various international subsidiaries.


    Key Responsibilities:
    Oversee and manage IT program/projects from both business and IT project perspective.

    Serve as an assistant to the management of the US holding company, facilitating communication with the Japanese headquarters and US management.

    Lead global projects, coordinating with headquarters and various North America subsidiaries.
    Support the implementation of global ERP/CRM projects (preferred SAP Project experience).
    Prepare and present reports to Local/Japanese executives in North America.


    Qualifications:
    Bilingual in Japanese and English.
    Proven experience in leading global projects, coordinating with headquarters and various international subsidiaries.
    Experience with global ERP/CRM projects is a plus.
    Must have experience in project management within the manufacturing industry.
    Strong communication and reporting skills, with experience communicating with and preparing reports for senior executives in large corporations.
