Responsibilities:

Inbound and Outbound Calls:
- Handle incoming calls from individuals looking to sell their vehicles.
- Make outbound calls to potential sellers based on provided leads.
- Gather necessary information about the vehicles.
Build Rapport and Establish Trust:
- Engage with sellers in a professional and friendly manner.
- Establish rapport to build trust in the selling process.
- Address seller inquiries accurately.
Evaluate Vehicle Information:
- Thoroughly evaluate vehicle details.
- Assess market value using internal tools.
- Obtain additional information for assessment.
Negotiation and Pricing:
- Use negotiation skills to agree on a fair price.
- Collaborate with team and management on pricing strategies.
- Explain pricing factors clearly to sellers.
Documentation and Record Keeping:
- Accurately document call details.
- Ensure compliance with record-keeping policies.
- Prepare necessary documentation for purchases.
Meet Performance Targets:
- Work towards individual and team targets.
- Adhere to key performance indicators.
Continuous Learning:
- Stay updated on industry trends and pricing strategies.
- Participate in training and development opportunities.
