Job Summary
Front Lobby Receptionist Lead warmly welcomes and greets visitors as they arrive, creating a positive first impression.
Is responsible for ensuring that all Front Lobby Receptionists answer incoming calls, direct them appropriately, and address any inquiries or needs.
May perform administrative tasks. Ensure that all Front Lobby Receptionists provide exceptional customer service. Follow standard operating procedures for documentation of persons entering and/or exiting the facility. Contribute to maintaining a welcoming and organized lobby area.Pay Range
Minimum $17.73 Midpoint $23.48 Maximum $29.2- Rate of pay is determined by various factors, including but not limited to knowledge, skills, competencies, experience, education, as well as position requirements.
- Experience
- Required: Work experience that includes interacting with and greeting guests, assisting customers and being organized.
- Preferred: Prior Lead and or Supervisor Experience. Minimum one (1) year of experience in a busy reception position, preferably healthcare related (IE: physician office, unit secretary on a nursing unit).
- Education
- Required: High School Diploma/GED or equivalent.
- Preferred: Some college or communications classes.
Work Environments - Functional Demand:
Medium - High energy level Lift and carry 40-50 lbs. Push/pull +/ lbs. (Patients on bed, stretcher) Lateral transfer lbs. (ie. Patient).
