Is your passion in operational personnel work?
We are currently seeking a full-time (40 hours/week) permanent HR employee (m/f/d) for our location in Frankfurt am Main.


Job Description Your main tasks**:


  • Creating documents within the employee lifecycle
  • First point of contact (m/f/d) for all personnelrelated questions for employees (m/f/d) and stakeholders (m/f/d)
  • Recording, managing, and maintaining personnel master data and personnel files
  • Constructive collaboration with the local works council
  • Close cooperation with colleagues (m/f/d) from the HR, recruiting, and operational departments at Frankfurt Airport

Qualifications What you bring**:


  • Completed commercial apprenticeship or bachelor's degree
  • Relevant professional experience in HR or a similar position
  • Good German language skills and communication skills in spoken and written form
