Invoicing Associate (m/f/d) in Werder (Havel), New Harmony, UT.

A hybrid work model with the option for 2-3 days of remote work is possible.

Solua will only assist in the initial candidate approach, and the first interviews will be conducted directly by the company.

The position is to be filled in a

Your responsibilities:

You act as the local process expert for the monthly invoicing process based on the costplus model
Collaborate with the Head of Invoicing Process for Europe and the UK to accompany changes to the standard invoicing process
Define new implementation approaches
Manage the monthly consolidation of all costs and ensure timely input from all colleagues in the agreed formats
