Our Group Strategy department supports the executive board in strategic and financial matters, as well as in the development of the long-term group strategy. As a globally active bank and software corporation, we are currently seeking a strong individual with entrepreneurial vision, solid strategic competence, and experience in M&A, corporate finance, or capital market transactions. Your experience should include a solid understanding of investment banking, auditing, or corporate strategy, or as an equity research analyst (m/f/d) for financial institutions. We offer an exciting field of work involving M&A transactions, valuation issues, and forward-thinking strategy projects. On a personal level, we are looking for strong communication skills, analytical foresight, a structured work style, and the optimal mix of determination and composure.

Here's what you can look forward to:

  • You will lead, accompany, and/or manage selected (sub-)projects and initiatives with strategic impact for the group, using your expertise and foresight.
  • You will take on the cross-departmental coordination of the respective teams and team members with your own responsibility.
  • You will create presentations, documents, and decision templates for committees, executives, as well as the executive board and supervisory board.
  • You will also adeptly handle financial modeling and the creation of company valuations.
  • You will use your strategic and transactional expertise to review acquisition and divestment processes, as well as conduct research
