The Loader Helper will be responsible for working in the fast-paced loader room where powder is being placed into flare tubes.
Responsibilities:
- Follow all plant rules, health, and safety standards.
- Follow production guidelines, SOP's, and specifications.
- Maintain a clean workstation and production floor.
- Safely operate machinery to assist in the production process.
- Load trays with empty tubes to be filled with powder.
- Unload trays with filled flares into totes to be sent to the next processing step.
- Perform other tasks as assigned.
- Communicate effectively with coworkers to ensure efficient production and deadlines are met.
- Monitor the assembly line and remove faulty products.
- Meet production targets.
- Report any issues to the supervisor on duty.
- Keep accurate counts of production / Basic math skills.
Qualifications:
- Prior experience in a production setting preferred.
- Familiar with production equipment and machinery.
- Sharp attention to detail / ability to identify defects.
- Selfdriven, selfmotivated, and hard worker.
- Able to work efficiently with mínimal supervision.
- Flexible to work shifts, overtime, and weekends as required.
- Able to stand for long hours at a time.
- Able to withstand hot temperatures on the production line/floor.
- Able to walk building to building in inclement weather.
- Physically able to lift, carry, and move up to 50 lbs.

Pay:
From $14.50 per hour
Expected hours:
No less than 40 per week

Schedule:
- 10 hour shift
- 4x10
- Day shift
- No weekends
Experience:
- Warehouse experience: 1 year (preferred)
