    Are you passionate about making a difference in the lives of students with special needs? Soliant Education is seeking a dedicated Special Education Teacher to join our team in the Springfield, OH area.

    If you're certified, licensed, and ready to inspire and support students with diverse learning needs, we want to hear from you


    Responsibilities:

    • Develop and implement individualized education programs (IEPs) for students with special needs.
    • Provide instruction tailored to the unique learning styles and abilities of each student.
    • Collaborate with other educators, support staff, and parents to ensure student success.
    • Monitor student progress and adjust instructional strategies as needed.
    • Create a positive and inclusive learning environment that fosters student growth and development.

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor's degree in Special Education or related field.
    • Valid Ohio teaching certification in Special Education.
    • Licensure as a Special Education Teacher in the state of Ohio.
    • Experience working with students with disabilities preferred but not required.
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Commitment to ongoing professional development and growth.
