    Our client in San Francisco is seeking an IT Support Specialist to join their team.

    As an IT Support Specialist, you will provide day-to-day support to the Executive Staff and Floor employees of the company.

    This position will require a candidate that will be the technical expert on all areas of end user system support.

    What's Needed?


    7+ years relevant technical and functional experience in a hybrid Windows based environment7+ years of experience supporting Windows and MacOS workstations and laptopsStrong understanding of virtual desktops using vSphere, Horizon Client.

    Support of Lenovo Desktops & Laptops, MSFT Surface, iPhones, iPads.
    Microsoft Configuration Manager, Microsoft Endpoint Management.
