To maintain these relationships, we are currently seeking a dedicated Sachbearbeiter (m/w/d) to join our complaint management team in Duisburg. As a Sachbearbeiter, you will have the opportunity to utilize your strengths in empathy and communication.

In this role, you will contribute to positive customer relationships by:

  • Serving as the first point of contact for direct and indirect complaints
  • Managing customer correspondence via mail and email
  • Conducting inbound and outbound calls with customers
  • Developing sustainable and satisfactory solutions to problems

What we offer:

  • An attractive hourly wage of 14.50 €
  • A paid and comprehensive training to prepare you for your position
  • Flexible scheduling: Monday to Friday between 7:00 am and 10:00 pm
  • A centrally located office within walking distance of Duisburg Central Station
  • A 9-month contract with the possibility of extension
