Description

Responsibilities:

Process and manage payroll for 300+ employees accurately and in a timely manner
Utilize 10 key typing skills to input data efficiently
Maintain and update employee payroll records and timekeeping systems.
Collaborate with HR and finance departments to ensure accurate employee data and payroll information
Prepare reports for review of Payroll and Bonus payments and ensure timely payments.
Prepare and distribute payroll reports to management as needed
Reconcile payroll accounts and resolve any discrepancies
Assist with general ledger reconciliation related to payroll accounts
Manage and process accounts payable related to payroll, including taxes, benefits, and deductions
Ensure compliance with governmental accounting regulations and requirements

Skills:

Payroll experience required
Employee will be fully trained
Proficient use of computer systems including Microsoft Office
Ability to analyze payroll data and identify discrepancies or errors
Familiarity with accounts payable processes as they relate to payroll functions
