Description

• Build a network of prospective referral sources
• Perform prospect visits to physician offices, hospitals, assisted living and skilled nursing facilities to educate and inform on Home Care, Inc. services
• Attend community networking events to create additional business relationships
• Prepare presentations using Home Care, Inc. marketing materials
• Represent Home Care, Inc. at industry and identify new opportunities
• Talk with prospects and families about their needs and discuss service options that Home Care, Inc. offers

• 2+years Sales and/or Marketing experience in home care, home health or hospice setting.
• Good listener, strong communicator, solution oriented, driven
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Interested in learning, with an eye toward personal improvement
• Detailedoriented, flexible, selfmotivated, and a team player
• Ability to establish rapport and build trust both with company staff as well as with referral sources and prospective clients
• Processoriented, resultsdriven, and able to learn and utilize our Internetbased client management software
• Selfmotivated with the ability to thrive with mínimal direct supervision
• Senior Care Industry experience is required
• Bachelor's degree in business and/or healthcare related field is preferred
