What to expect

On diverse projects, you will advise our national and international clients on the alignment of their tax structure and processes, combining your expertise in tax law, compliance, and technology.

You will provide guidance on the implementation of tax compliance management systems, particularly through tax risk analysis, development and improvement of integrated management systems, and the design and implementation of governance and compliance structures to mitigate tax risks.

You will be responsible for assessing and modernizing tax processes and structures within companies (using BPMN 2.0 or EPK).

You will advise on the optimization and automation of tax business processes, tax reporting processes and lines, as well as tax risk management and internal control systems, utilizing the latest software.

In addition, you will lead implementation projects for tax tool solutions.
As a mentor, you will provide technical guidance to our colleagues and support their development at Mazars.
What you bring
A completed degree with a relevant focus of study and successful completion of the tax advisor exam
Extensive experience in ongoing tax consulting and organizational and business process management

Proficiency in governance, risk, and compliance tools such as Signavio, GBTec, Camunda, Microsoft Power BI, Signavio Workflow Accelerator, Alteryx, the Microsoft Power Platform, or similar.

Strong project management experience
A communicative consultant with excellent German and English skills
Motivation to further develop team and client structures
