Caretaker (m/f/d)

Location:
Hawleyville, CT

Working hours: 35-40 hours per week

Responsibilities, competencies, and responsibilities:

  • Your tasks include regular inspections of rooms, buildings, outdoor areas, and technical facilities
  • You ensure that heating, ventilation, and sanitary systems, as well as elevator, locking, and alarm systems, function properly and are in good working order
  • You are responsible for assigning maintenance, repair, cleaning, and gardening services, as well as monitoring their execution
  • You independently carry out minor repairs
  • You monitor and document meter readings and consumption values
  • You are the contact person for tenants, owners, and property managers

Professional requirements:

  • You have completed a vocational training in a technical/handyman field
or

  • You have a comparable qualification with professional experience in the fields of electrical, ventilation, industrial, automotive, wood, or construction
  • You have PC skills
  • Ideally, you have completed further training as a caretaker or building technician
