    $500 Sign-On Bonus for experienced Med Tech

    The Ridge Foothill is offering a $500 sign-on bonus to experienced Med Techs who come join our Care Team We have full-time, part-time 2pm – 10pm and 10pm – 6am positions available in our Memory Support Neighborhood.

    Responsibilities of a Certified Nursing Assistant / CNA / Caregiver at The Ridge Foothill –

    • Observe and verify the medication is ingested or applied as directed. Document any instances where prescribed medication is not administered, including reason(s) for refusal and notify supervisor.
    • Maintain accurate, complete and confidential resident medication and care records according to established procedure and state law.
    • Keep medication carts and areas orderly, clean and appropriately stocked and locked.
    • Assist care partners in the performance of their job and assume care partner duties when needed or requested.

    Qualification for a Certified Nursing Assistant / CNA / Caregiver at The Ridge Foothill –

    • Prior successful experience as a Med Tech.
    • Prefer one (1) year of experience providing residential care to the elderly or similar experience.
    • High level of initiative and self-motivation with an emphasis on establishing and understanding processes with a strong attention to detail.
    • Ability to communicate clearly effectively with seniors, their family members and staff in a caring, compassionate manner.
    • Dedication to and passion to serve seniors with 5-star customer service skills.
    • Positive attitude, the flexibility to perform various duties in service to the residents.
    • Ability to work in a team environment.
    • Willingness to come to work when scheduled and on time.

    The $500 sign-on bonus is for experienced Med Techs that apply and are hired during the month of May 2024. The sign-on bonus will be paid out once the team member has reached 90 days of employment.
