  • 3+ years' experience in a similar role
  • Relevant IT qualification and/or certification highly preferred
  • Excellent technical skills with an emphasis on:
  • Windows desktop operating system
  • Mac OS
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software
  • Strong understanding of existing network programs and capabilities

Responsibilities:


  • Administration and use of desktop hardware, software, printers, and other peripherals
  • Troubleshooting and assistance on all types of mobile devices
  • Configuration of new hardware for users
  • Reimage/cleanup of existing hardware
  • Updating existing hardware with new components such as hard drives, memory, etc.
  • Other duties to be assigned
