Currently, we are looking for
the Driver Recruiter to join our team in East Dundee, IL.

Duties:


  • Develop and implement comprehensive driver recruitment strategies aimed at achieving the company's hiring objectives.
  • Proactively reach out to and engage every qualified lead.
  • Promote our company by being a positive 'contact' and company advocate by accurately and professionally expressing the opportunities and benefits working with us through various media channels.
  • Use of social media to promote the company, attract potential new drivers by showcasing driver hiring experience.
  • Oversee the entire driver hiring process, ensuring the driver enjoys a pleasant, welcoming and stressfree experience.
  • Create all applicants onboarding materials needed before the start of orientation and gather any necessary information to complete the drivers' necessary files.

Requirements:


  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent GED certificate.
  • Experience of the hiring and onboarding process in trucking or transportation, ability to confidently conduct negotiations and agree on contracting terms through each stage independently.
  • Previous experience in sales is desired.
Self-driven and motivated by sales and growth opportunities.

  • Pleasant and assertive/persuasive personality.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Must be selfmotivated, able and willing to work independently and get results.
  • Ability to maintain composure and react professionally during periods of stress.
  • Deep understanding of Eastern European cultural dynamics.
  • Proficiency in English and Russian.
