Who We're Looking For:


Key Responsibilities:


  • Wiring customer equipment, both indoors and outdoors, adhering to specifications.
  • Identifying and utilizing appropriate tools and materials for assigned tasks.
  • Understanding and mitigating hazards associated with equipment wiring and power tool usage.
  • Maintaining awareness of site safety protocols and procedures.
  • Accurately following method of procedure and completing assigned tasks.
  • Learning to troubleshoot and communicate equipment performance issues effectively.
  • Collaborating professionally with colleagues and clients.
  • Willingness to travel overnight and work in adverse weather conditions.

Qualifications:


  • Minimum 1+ years of relevant telecom or civil type experience.
  • Basic understanding of wireless telecommunication concepts and technologies.
  • Some introductory experience with AC/DC circuits, with a willingness to learn and further develop skills in this area.
  • Demonstrated capability to work independently with mínimal supervision.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to follow instructions effectively.
  • Eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies and job requirements.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours as needed to accommodate project demands.
  • High level of attention to detail and commitment to maintaining quality standards.
  • Basic problemsolving skills and a proactive approach to addressing challenges encountered on the job.
  • Ability to perform physical tasks including climbing ladders, squatting, bending, and lifting up to 50 lbs.
  • Possession of a current valid Driver's License; CDL is advantageous.
  • Minimum age requirement of 18 years.
  • Successful completion of preemployment drug/background screening.
  • Local to market.
