Civil Engineer / Construction Technician / Master Craftsman / Construction Manager (m/f/d) in Turnkey Construction / Building Construction in Riverlea, OH

Your responsibilities:

  • As a construction manager, you will independently lead one of our projects in the field of turnkey construction.
  • You ensure the quality, timely and costeffective execution of all work on the construction site.
  • You document the processes on the construction site.
  • In doing so, you take on leadership responsibility for 5 to 20 of your own skilled workers during the structural phase.
  • Management, coordination and monitoring of subcontractor services
  • Claims management.
  • You carry out the documentation and acceptance of projects.
  • You organize and lead construction meetings.

Your qualifications:

  • Successfully completed technical studies in civil engineering or another comparable constructionspecific qualification such as construction technician or master craftsman.
  • A high level of technical understanding and responsibility for economic success.
  • Very good knowledge of German in spoken and written form.
  • Commitment, creativity and flexibility.
  • Independent and goaloriented work as well as cooperative behavior in a team.
  • You are resilient and assertive.
