The University Computing Center (URZ) is the central IT service provider for the University of Heidelberg. The employees of the URZ provide the oldest university in Germany with modern IT equipment. We support our clients - the employees and students of the University of Heidelberg - with IT services.

Currently, the introduction of the new campus management system CampusOnline is underway at the University of Heidelberg. This system will provide all important services for students (enrollment, application, exam registration, etc.) at a central point.

Therefore, we are looking for student assistants (m/f/d) to join our heiCO helpdesk team as soon as possible, with a workload of 40-80 hours per month.

Your tasks:

• You will advise and support the various departments of the University of Heidelberg in transferring their data from the previous systems to the new platform heiCO.
• You will support the responsible persons in the departments on site and help them implement their requirements regarding heiCO.
• As part of training sessions, you will provide application knowledge about heiCO and the tools for data migration.

Your profile:

• You are enrolled at a German university.
• You have good German and English language skills, both written and spoken.
• You have a basic understanding of computers and IT services and can quickly familiarize yourself with new topics.
• You have a confident demeanor and can explain complex issues in an understandable way.
• You work independently, carefully, and autonomously.
