  • With the Abiprogramm, you will be prepared for a leadership position at PENNY within 3 years - without a degree.
  • After successfully completing your 18-month training, you will complete further training as a retail specialist (m/f/d) and then start as a store manager.
  • You manage the flow of goods in the store as well as the storage and control of goods.
  • You take care of our customers in the store and support them actively.
