A challenging task
Technical implementation and operation of Digital Experience Monitoring (e.g. with tools like Uptrends, New Relic, Splunk, robots for transaction scripts) is your main area of responsibility.
You analyze technical requirements and conceptualize solutions for synthetic transaction and process monitoring for various business units.
You ensure the stability and availability of our most important network IT solutions through continuous optimization of monitoring.
Together with the individual application teams, you develop, integrate, and improve comprehensive monitoring solutions.
