We're passionate about innovation, excellence, and exceeding expectations.As we expand our operations, we're seeking a dynamic individual to join us as the Sales Team Leader & Recruitment Specialist for our outbound calling division.
Position Overview:
Are you a results-driven sales professional with a talent for building high-performing teams? Are you ready to take on a leadership role where you can make a significant impact on our company's growth trajectory? If so, we want you to lead our outbound calling sales team from the ground up.
In addition to driving sales, you'll be responsible for recruiting, interviewing, and training a team of sales representatives to achieve success.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive recruitment strategy to build a team of outbound calling sales representatives.
- Create and deliver training programs to equip new hires with the knowledge and skills necessary to excel in their roles.
- Lead by example by actively engaging in outbound calling and achieving personal sales targets.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to maximize conversion rates and revenue generation.
- Provide ongoing coaching, mentoring, and support to sales team members to foster their professional development and success.
- Monitor sales metrics and performance indicators to identify areas for improvement and drive continuous optimization.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure alignment of goals and effective communication.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices to maintain a competitive edge in the market.
Requirements:
- Proven track record of success in sales, with experience in outbound calling or cold calling preferred.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire, motivate, and develop a team.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Demonstrated ability to recruit, interview, and train sales professionals.
- Resultsoriented mindset with a passion for exceeding targets and driving growth.
- Experience in SEO/PPC sales is a plus.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred.
