Position:

CGS is currently seeking Blasting & Coatings Technicians to join our operations team for an upcoming short-term assignment in Pittsburg, Texas.

The position will commence early May and is estimated for 14 days in duration. This position will be full time working 10 hours per day Monday through Friday.


Requirements:


Your day-to-day tasks include:

• Safe usage of appropriate hand / power tools
• Assist with various tasks as directed by the Preservation Supervisor
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Maintain a safe work environment by adhering to all company guidelines and OSHA safety requirements.
• Minimum High School Diploma or Equivalent
• Requires previous blasting and painting experience,
• Must be able to work within confined spaces and have experience as such
• Previous experience working in live plant facilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong commitment to safety
• Be able to successfully complete criminal background check, preemployment physical exam, drug and alcohol screen.
• Current Transportation Worker Identification Credentials (TWIC) or ability to obtain
• Hold a valid driver's license.
