Assistant to Quality Inspection Manager (m/f/d):


Your responsibilities will include:


  • Creating orders and preparing for production start
  • Processing and completing batch records and templates for 4eyes principle with team leader
  • Transferring materials in Navision according to SOP rules
  • Ordering and sending out other laboratory tests (for bioburden determination or tests according to Ph. Eur.), tracking deadlines
  • Evaluating control charts (discussing any abnormalities with team leader)
  • Creating and sending out test reports, including sending out samples
  • Conducting special inspections for blocked materials
  • Inspecting incoming goods and labeling material samples
  • Acting as a substitute for team leaders and potentially covering shifts
  • Proper documentation according to SOP requirements

What we are looking for:


  • Several years of professional experience in an industrial environment, preferably in quality inspection
  • High quality awareness, attention to detail, and good eyesight
  • Reliability, teamwork, and willingness to learn and further educate oneself
  • Completion of a "Quality Specialist" (m/f/d) program is an advantage
  • Computer skills: MS Office (
