We are also active in rally sports and the restoration of vintage cars.
Responsibilities:
- First point of contact (m/f/d) for our customers at the reception area and on the phone
- Close cooperation and coordination with the service team
- Planning and preparation/processing of service appointments
- Order and invoice creation for repairs
- Scheduling and dispatching of replacement mobility
- Care for present customers and prospects
- Operation of the cash register system
- Participation in projects in the aftersales
