'At Woodlynne Online, you can easily and conveniently apply for a position with us at any time. The ideal time to apply is approximately one to one and a half years before the start of the apprenticeship. We review all incoming applications and will inform you of the status via email. If you are selected to move forward, we look forward to getting to know you better through a three-stage application process. After each step, you will receive an email update on your progress. The three-stage application process includes: * Online test (E-Assessment) * Phone interview * Selection day/interview Your apprenticeship will last for two and a half years. It begins in August with an orientation week where you will get to know your fellow apprentices and dual students, as well as the Deutsche Bank. Throughout the apprenticeship, you will experience a diverse mix of practical and theoretical learning. You will spend six weeks in intensive practical training followed by two weeks in vocational school. We place great importance on integrating both areas closely together. Throughout the entire apprenticeship, we actively support your development. An instructor will be available to guide you, and you will also have a designated specialist to assist you in your daily work.
