Job SummaryResponsible for ensuring the smooth and effective operation of HR processes, system compliance, and data integrity.
This includes transaction and position management, documentation of process workflows, data audits, standardized and state specific reporting, and recommendations for process improvement.
Job DescriptionCore Responsibilities
Leads a team of HR professionals.
Collaborates with HQ, Division, Region HR teams and centers of excellence as part of continuous improvement efforts to streamline and scale HR processes.
Oversees the transaction and position management process across the Division.Manages a standardized reporting suite in conjunction with the People Analytics team.
Leads the process for resolving payroll / other HR related escalations.
Partners closely with HQ data management team to conduct Workday related audits to ensure system data accuracy and compliance.
Supports the Division's change awareness and adoption efforts across CXHR team.
Consistent exercise of independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance.
Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Primary Location Pay Range:
$99, $149,207.59
Comcast intends to offer the selected candidate base pay within this range, dependent on job-related, non-discriminatory factors such as experience.

Base pay is one part of the Total Rewards that Comcast provides to compensate and recognize employees for their work.
Most sales positions are eligible for a Commission under the terms of an applicable plan, while most non-sales positions are eligible for a Bonus.
