Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Crew Leader to join our roofing team.

As a Crew Leader, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing a crew of construction workers to ensure projects are completed efficiently and according to specifications.

Duties:

• Supervise and coordinate the activities of construction workers onsite
• Assign tasks and responsibilities to crew members
• Monitor progress and quality of work to ensure adherence to project plans and specifications
• Provide guidance and training to crew members as needed
• Collaborate with project managers to develop work schedules and timelines
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and OSHA standards
• Conduct regular inspections of work areas to identify potential hazards or issues
• Communicate effectively with team members, subcontractors, and clients

Experience:

• Proven experience as a Crew Leader or similar role in the roofing industry
• Excellent supervisory skills with the ability to motivate and lead a team
• Knowledge of OSHA regulations and safety protocols
• Knowledgable with installing Shingles, Torch, Tile roofs

Pay:
$ $35.00 per hour

• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday
• On call
• Weekends as needed
