- Design and implement tests, debug, and define corrective actions
- Review system requirements and track quality assurance metrics
- Assist in developing and maintaining automation framework and regression test suite
- Create comprehensive test plans and test cases
- Identify, document, and track bugs
- Collaborate with internal teams to meet client needs
- Stay updated with new testing tools and strategies
- Support and mentor junior team members
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- 4-7 years of experience
- 5+ years of experience in QA testing and Automation
- Experience with tools like Selenium, BrowserStack, Postman
- Experience in software quality assurance and development
- Strong analytical and communication skills
- Experience with CI/CD tools like Jenkins
- Ability to work with multiple client-specific standards
- Experience with technical integrations and cloud platforms
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and SDLC
- Certifications in QA testing related fields
