What can you expect?

• You will coordinate customer complaints with the respective departments using the 8D method
• You will actively monitor and pursue defined continuous improvement topics
• You will conduct error analyses using the 3x5 Why and Ishikawa methods
• You will moderate and participate in FMEAs
• You will create, coordinate and monitor qualification plans
• You will plan and define suitable test patterns and prototypes to verify defined product properties

What should you bring?

• You have a technical vocational training and successfully completed further education with a focus on mechanical engineering or production technology
• You have several years of professional experience in quality engineering in a manufacturing company
• You have excellent English skills, both written and spoken
• You are proficient in SAP and MS Office, as well as CAQ user knowledge, ideally in BadtecQ
• You have strong organizational skills, a high level of service orientation, and work independently and solution-oriented with excellent team and communication skills
