Job Description

  • Supporting colleagues in managing construction projects - from groundbreaking to handover of apartments
  • Organizing, monitoring, and managing construction site processes
  • Acting as a point of contact for subcontractors
  • Assisting with inspections/handovers and defect management
  • Participating in quality control, documentation, quantity determination and verification
  • After thorough training, the opportunity to independently manage complete construction projects (opportunities for advancement)

Qualifications

  • Completed degree in civil engineering, architecture, or as a construction technician, or equivalent education with professional experience
  • Ideally, familiar with general office procedures and organization and have a good technical understanding
  • Previous experience in the construction industry (e.g. construction technician, civil engineering, building services engineering, architecture/interior design, carpentry, interior finishing, etc.) would be desirable
  • Proficient in MS Office
  • Personal qualities include responsibility, reliability, attention to detail, and teamwork
  • High level of commitment and flexibility complete your profile
