    Embrace the challenge of driving the North American rollout of DC Charging Products as a DC Sales Expert in our team. Your role involves showcasing Wallbox Fast Charging products through your expertise in electric vehicle charging solutions, seizing sales opportunities, nurturing industry relationships, and expanding our customer base. This position calls for an independent, creative, and results-driven individual who thrives in a fast-paced sales environment. Remote work options are open for applicants from Detroit, Michigan, and the East Coast.

    • Experience: 3 to 5 years in Commercial, Sales, and Business Development, with a strong record in relevant markets and products, particularly in e-mobility DC Fast Charging Industry and Backend Software Management services.
    • Sales Success: Demonstrated history of exceeding quota targets through business development and closing deals.
    • Educational Background: Bachelor's Degree in electrical/mechanical engineering is preferred.
    • Adaptability: Thrives in a fast-paced environment and meets commitments.
    • Global Exposure: Experience working in diverse cultural settings.
    • Customer Focus: Customer-oriented, socially aware, and adept in networking.
    • Results-Driven: Focuses on outcomes with an external perspective.
    • Leadership: Experienced in leadership and adept at motivating colleagues towards achieving objectives.
    • Travel: Willingness to engage in extensive travel as required.
    • Sales Tools: Familiarity with sales tools, preferably with experience in Salesforce.
    • Language Skills: Excellent communication in English, additional languages are beneficial.

    Responsibilities

    • Sales Strategy Definition: Collaborate with leadership to define and enhance sales strategy for the region.
    • Sales Strategy Implementation: Execute the sales strategy, translating it into actionable plans to drive revenue targets.
    • Go-to-Market Planning: Develop comprehensive plans for product positioning, target segments, pricing, and marketing efforts.
    • Regional Sales Leadership: Focus on commercial success in the designated region.
    • Revenue Generation: Exceed revenue and regional quota targets through effective sales strategies.
    • Business Development: Qualify and develop new business opportunities through various avenues.
    • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work seamlessly with internal departments throughout the opportunity development process.
    • Contract Negotiation: Proficient in negotiating legal and financial contracts.
    • Product Presentation: Deliver engaging sales presentations and demonstrations.
    • Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
    • Market Strategy: Develop and execute market segment strategies.
    • Sales Forecasting: Accurately forecast revenue and maintain records.
    • Technical Acumen: Build a strong technical foundation through training.
    • Customer Understanding: Tailor solutions effectively by understanding customer organizations.
    • Revenue Growth: Identify new revenue opportunities and collaborate for promotional ideas.
    • Goal Setting: Collaborate with management to set and achieve ambitious goals continuously.
