    We are currently seeking a highly skilled and motivated HVAC Technician to join our dynamic team.

    This is a permanent position within our construction company, where you will be primarily responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems in commercial settings.

    If you are a problem-solver who enjoys working with your hands and has a knack for mechanical and electrical systems, this is the perfect opportunity for you.

    Inspect, install, and service HVAC systems in commercial buildings, ensuring that all work is done in compliance with the relevant codes.

    Diagnose and repair any issues with heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems, including problems with mechanical and electrical components.
    Perform routine maintenance on HVAC systems to improve efficiency and longevity, including cleaning, adjusting, and repairing systems.
    Communicate with clients to understand their HVAC needs and provide solutions that meet their requirements and budget.
    Prepare accurate and timely reports detailing the work performed, materials used, and time spent on each job.
    Collaborate with other team members to complete large projects and share knowledge and expertise.
    Stay up-to-date with the latest HVAC technologies and industry trends to provide the best possible service to our clients.
    Minimum of 3 years of experience working as an HVAC Technician, preferably in the construction industry.
    Extensive knowledge of commercial air conditioning systems, including installation, maintenance, and repair.
    Strong understanding of HVAC codes and the ability to work in compliance with them.
    Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to diagnose and repair a wide range of HVAC issues.
    Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain complex HVAC issues in simple terms to clients.
    Physical fitness, with the ability to lift heavy equipment and work in a variety of conditions.
    HVAC certification or equivalent is highly preferred.
