    Our direct client has an opening for a Desktop Analyst 61528
    This position is up to 6 months with the option of extension, and the client is in Golden, CO
    Must live local and be available for an in-person interview.

    This position has the opportunity to convert to full-time after successful completion of the contract
    The best candidate will also have experience with Service Now or another ticketing system, creating new user accounts, disabling accounts, asset management, equipment ordering and receiving and inventory management.

    This position requires excellent communication skills over the phone, in person, with executives and users who are not versed in IT jargon and technology.
    This is 100% on-site in Golden CO M-F Shift 1 7:30 AM -4:00 PMPlease confirm you accept.
    • Windows 9x/2000/XP/NT/Vista/7 Windows 10 and 11 Proficient (4-6 Years) Not Required
    • Microsoft O365 Microsoft Office Suite local install and portal support Proficient (4-6 Years) Yes
    • PC and Laptop Hardware Experienced in imaging, installing applications, asset management and deployment including user data migration and set up. Proficient (4-6 Years) Yes
    • Adobe Acrobat Novice (1-3 Years) Not Required
    • Backup and recovery Proficient (4-6 Years) Yes
    • Communication skills both verbal and written Proficient (4-6 Years) No
    • Learning ability Proficient (4-6 Years) Yes
