Burr Ridge, IL near Chicago in the future

About the role:


Main responsibilities will include:


  • Maintain and expand sales in assigned territory, handle incoming leads/opportunities
  • Proactively seek new business opportunities in assigned territory and set up qualified Informational calls.
  • Ability to build and lead a targeted call list for prospecting.
  • Engage in conversations to identify decision makers among targeted leads.
  • Develop plans that help to meet and/or exceed sales quota.
  • Partner closely with Director of Business Development, communicating regularly through weekly strategy sessions.
  • Facilitate the business customer ordering process and resolve any account, product, shipping and/or billing issues.
  • Engage and build the longterm relationship with the business customers for retaining and expanding the business
  • Manage quotations, order history, and renewals on time ensuring operational excellence.
  • Conduct annual business reviews to maintain and grow our partnerships.
  • Assist the Director of Business Development and team to acquire and onboard new Distributors/Wholesale partners.
  • Understand our business process and work with fulfillment, accounting, marketing, and other teams to facilitate and improve the customer experience.
  • Work with Business Development, Marketing, and logistics teams on specialized marketing and operation efforts.
  • Work any related projects or tasks assigned by the supervisors or management team.

Experience, skills, and strengths:


  • Business Customer relationship management or support experience, especially in B2B ecommerce or similar environments is highly preferred.
  • Strong written/verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to collaborate with all levels of internal and external personnel.
  • Consistent track record of highlevel sales success, driven to achieve results.
  • Skilled in problem solving.
  • Strong organizational skills including attention to detail, adept at documentation, excellent followup skills.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize under tight deadlines while providing meticulous and highquality work in a dynamic environment.
  • Proactive, driven selfstarter who can work independently.
  • Strong interpersonal skills required in the areas of verbal and written communication, customer focus, professionalism.
  • 12 years of sales experience preferred.
  • Must be comfortable engaging customers and handling customer inquiries over the phone.
  • Passionate about helping people and solving problems.
  • Quick learner and be able to learn the products quickly by reading the instructions, FAQ and other material.
  • Ability to successfully multitask, adapt and learn in a fastpaced environment.
  • Experience with MS Office products (Excel, PowerPoints, Word etc.).
  • Experience with CRM, Salesforce is a plus.
  • Experience with ecommerce platforms such as Shopify and WooCommerce is preferred.

Education and certifications:


  • Associate degree or higher or equivalent work experience, preferable in Business, Marketing, Communication, English or similar majors.

Pay:
$55, $65,000.00 per year
