Responsibilities As an electrician / service technician in real estate operations, you operate and maintain building technical systems, control and monitoring systems, and building management systems.

You perform functional checks, troubleshooting, maintenance, and repairs. In addition, your responsibilities include regular inspections and assessments of the site based on technical and occupational safety regulations. You coordinate and manage the use of external companies for maintenance measures. You are responsible for the creation and maintenance of building and system documentation. Requirements You have completed training as an electrician for industrial engineering or mechatronics or have a comparable qualification.

You have gained several years of professional experience in the operation and maintenance of systems in the field of technical facility management, preferably in the field of control and monitoring systems or electrical engineering.

You have practical experience in the heating, ventilation, and air conditioning trade and good IT skills. Your reliability, quick comprehension, and systematic and independent way of working set you apart - and even in stressful situations, you keep an overview :-). Your flexibility and willingness to participate in training measures and on-call duty round off your profile.
