- Lead and oversee the development and execution of a comprehensive testing plan (Core Validation, Non-Regression, Unit Acceptance, Mass, and End to End testing) across over 100 optical labs to ensure quality goes live through the phases of the project.
- Design and implement a dynamic training program tailored to the needs of the optical lab network, focusing on both technical skills and soft skills enhancement.
- Spearhead change management initiatives, ensuring smooth transitions during technology transformation, process improvements, and organizational changes.
- Manage a team of up to 15 contractors, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and budget.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align testing and training initiatives with the company's strategic objectives.
- Develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the effectiveness of testing, training, and change management activities.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement, encouraging innovation and efficiency in processes and practices.
- Liaise with senior management to report on progress, challenges, and the impact of initiatives on operations and quality.
- Manage budget and resources for testing, training, and change management projects, ensuring optimal use of resources.
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, Human Resources, Information Technology, or related field.
- At least 8-10 years of relevant experience in testing, training, and change management, with a minimum of 5 years in a leadership role overseeing these functions.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to oversee multiple projects simultaneously and deliver on time and within budget.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate ideas, influence others, and adapt communication style to different audiences.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to use data-driven insights to inform decisions.
- Certifications related to project management (PMP), change management (Prosci ADKAR, CCMP), or Agile methodologies (CSM, SAFe) are highly desirable.
- Advanced degrees (e.g., MBA, master's in organizational development) are a plus.
