Job summary

We are seeking a Sous Chef to join our opening team.
Beneath the title of sous chef lies a multitude of responsibilities. The sous chef is second in command in the kitchen and reports directly to the head chef or executive chef. As such, they play a crucial role in ensuring that meals are prepared correctly and on time. They also oversee food preparation, supervise other cooks and kitchen staff members and assist with menu planning.
