Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Representative to join our team. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for generating leads, building relationships with potential customers, and closing sales.

Duties:

• Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to showcase the benefits of our products
• Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers
• Meet or exceed sales targets on a regular basis
• Provide sales support to customers by answering questions, providing product information, and resolving any issues or concerns
• Upsell additional products or services to existing customers to maximize sales opportunities
• Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for increasing market share and expanding customer base
• Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system
• Stay uptodate on industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions

Skills:

• Proven experience in outbound sales or automotive sales is preferred
• Strong mathematical skills to calculate pricing, discounts, and commissions accurately
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with customers
• Ability to effectively manage a sales pipeline and prioritize tasks
• Organizational skills to keep track of leads, followups, and customer information
• Customer serviceoriented mindset with a focus on providing exceptional service
• Ability to work independently as well as collaborate with a team
• Familiarity with sales management tools and CRM systems
