Responsibilities
- Provides advice, assistance and counsel for Claims operations on telephony solutions that support business needs
- Coordinates with appropriate general departments to ensure telephony options are identified and solutions are implemented, monitored, and maintained
- Analyzes business partner telephony inquiries, challenges, or procedural changes impacting the Claims operation
- Develops and maintains working relationships with other business areas to assist with strategic Enterprise goals
Qualifications Preferred/Required skills**:
- Knowledge State Farm's telecommunication systems, Amazon Web Services (AWS) Connect, Unified Communications (UC), and Contact Center (UCCE) technologies
- Requires working knowledge of Visio, Excel, eGain, and Splunk
- Utilizes appropriate methods and tools to perform data collection and analysis
- Experience in Auto and Fire claims is desired
Additional Items of Note:
- Job may require travel overnight via commercial transportation or driving motor vehicles to any office locations where the Company does business, or other locations to conduct/attend training, conferences, meetings, and/or seminars
- Hybrid: Inoffice commitment is currently 5 days per month in hub locations. This may be reevaluated as business needs dictate.
- May work irregular hours
